Indirect Tax Compliance Advisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit VAT returns, payments, and statistical declarations for various affiliates.
• Apply tax laws and business scenarios to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Perform VAT account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Analyze filing trends to identify and prevent errors.
• Support tax audits through detailed analysis and timely responses.
• Coordinate with Tax Advisors and external consultants as required.
• Implement best practices and support continuous process improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and related documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in tax or accounting.
• Solid understanding of VAT, accounting concepts, and tax compliance processes.
• Fluency in English; additional EU languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency with digital tools; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a multicultural environment.
