MET France is the French subsidiary of the MET Group, a major player in the energy sector operating in 23 European countries and Asia. The group operates across the entire energy value chain, including production, trading, distribution, asset management, and supply to end customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support contact for partners, managing incoming calls and functional/operational questions
- Support partners in using the online quoting platform and daily digital tools
- Resolve level 2 issues escalated by the customer service department
- Guide partners in data entry and promote best practices for CRM usage
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the partner experience through usage recommendations
- Manage and prepare sales reporting for billing purposes
- Ensure the reliability and quality of data transmitted for partner invoicing
Requirements
- Strong communication and transverse collaboration skills
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills to manage high volumes of requests
- Team spirit and a strong service orientation
- Proven ease of use with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, reactive, and adaptable mindset
