Indirect Sales Manager Andean - Caribbean Region

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the indirect sales and commercial coverage strategy for the Andean-Caribbean region.
• Develop, onboard, and manage high-performance distributors to build sustainable business relationships.
• Drive the growth of digital channels and eCommerce as key levers for business expansion.
• Lead the achievement of commercial objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, for business reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various divisions to align pricing, solutions, and customer experience.
• Lead and develop result-oriented teams focused on collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, or Geological Engineering (or related field).
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
• 15+ years of experience in indirect sales and strategic distributor management.
• Advanced proficiency in English (indispensable).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce/CRM tools.
• Proven expertise in market entry strategies and commercial execution.
• Strong ability to define and monitor sales and service KPIs.
