About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new agents, resellers, and value-added service providers (VASPs) to expand the Q8TRUCK network.
  • Grow business with existing partners by building trust and creating new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Q8TRUCK Sales teams across Europe to boost partner engagement and coordinate sales initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and market developments to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure partners adhere to company policies and support strong credit performance and timely payments.
  • Track activities and results in CRM and report insights to the Head of Indirect Sales.
  • Support the development of Homebase solutions by identifying customer opportunities and preparing offers.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proactive commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in partnership management.
  • Experience in telemarketing.
