Indirect Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement execution, including PR/PO processes and vendor management
• Support stakeholder daily purchase requirements through RFI, RFQ, sourcing, and price comparison
• Partner with local and central teams to ensure implementation of global purchasing policies
• Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, price, and perform due diligence checks
• Perform regular analysis of purchase data, cost/scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Maintain preferred supplier and blacklist records
• Research and evaluate vendors to secure profitable suppliers and better deals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement
• Proven sourcing experience in real estate, capex, and marketing categories
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SharePoint, and Office 365
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
