Indirect Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Shape procurement strategies within the Indirect Spend area
• Lead local and regional procurement projects for Mondi entities in Poland
• Develop RFQs, manage tender processes, analyze offers, and negotiate with suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify and source new suppliers
• Collaborate with internal functions and Group headquarters to identify cost reduction potential and ensure contract compliance
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation and complaint management
• Report on procurement results and key metrics

Requirements

• Higher education degree (preferred fields: Economics, Management, Marketing, International Trade, Law, or Technical disciplines)
• Several years of professional experience in procurement and/or sales
• Experience in purchasing services and materials within indirect spend is highly desirable
• Fluency in English for professional communication
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and build professional relationships
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
