Indirect Procurement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supplier selection, including identification, communication, and technical/commercial evaluation of quotations.
• Support contract management by providing commercial input on terms and conditions in alignment with company standards.
• Conduct supplier screening, assessment, and onboarding to ensure compliance with business ethics and quality standards.
• Create and manage purchase orders accurately within the procurement system and monitor status to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Logistics, and Requestors to align on order fulfillment and invoice verification.
• Maintain an accurate supplier database and monitor vendor performance regarding quality, delivery, and service levels.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through price benchmarking and spending consolidation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, SHEQ standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Proven experience in supplier communication, quotation analysis, and purchase order management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably M3, SAP, or Oracle).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to evaluate proposals objectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to process discipline and compliance.
