About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the indirect procurement transformation program by diagnosing existing practices and mapping expenditures
- Harmonize P2P processes across different regions and define Group standards
- Support procurement projects including tender structuring and supplier selection
- Define and monitor KPIs, producing dashboards for financial management and reporting
- Coordinate change management activities across Finance, IT, and operational teams
- Support the integration of new entities during external growth operations
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, process transformation, indirect procurement, or operational finance
- Experience managing cross-functional international projects
- Strong understanding of procurement and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Proficiency in ERP tools and SAP environments is appreciated
- Fluency in English is essential
