About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the indirect procurement transformation program by diagnosing existing practices and mapping indirect spending
- Harmonize P2P processes across different regions and define Group standards
- Support procurement projects including tender structuring and supplier selection
- Define and monitor key performance indicators, producing dashboards for Finance and management
- Coordinate change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption
- Support the integration of new entities during external growth operations
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in project management, process transformation, indirect procurement, or operational finance
- Experience managing cross-functional international projects
- Strong understanding of procurement and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Proficiency in ERP tools, specifically SAP
- Fluency in English is essential
