Indirect Procurement Manager

About the Company

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor designed to provide critical power to hospitals, data centers, and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT, Professional Services, MRO, and R&D collaborations
• Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements
• Manage procurement for all facility-related needs, including maintenance, repairs, and capital equipment
• Oversee the full procure-to-pay lifecycle, from requisition to purchase order closure
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key indirect suppliers
• Analyze market trends and total cost of ownership to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Mitigate supply chain risks related to supplier health and data security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–8 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
• Proven track record of negotiating complex service agreements and contracts
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and standard office software
• Ability to travel up to 20% to supplier locations
• Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for Facilities, MRO, IT, and Professional Services
• Experience negotiating with government entities, national laboratories, or universities
• Familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001 or AS9100
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics within the energy or nuclear sector
