Indirect Procurement Lead, Capex & Construction

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic sourcing for services, capital expenditures (CapEx), and construction projects
• Manage source-to-pay procurement processes and oversee project execution
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria
• Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and long-term agreements with suppliers
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier selection and process improvements
• Monitor KPIs related to cost avoidance, savings, delivery timelines, and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Legal regarding agreements and statements of work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast CapEx and construction procurement needs
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement with a focus on services and CapEx
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex situations with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven capability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for construction projects
• Project management skills
