Indirect Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review, adjust, and approve purchase requests ensuring compliance with procurement policies
• Serve as primary point of contact for Workday Procurement users throughout the P2P process
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, evaluation, performance, and offboarding
• Resolve PO, Goods Receipt, and invoice discrepancies for three-way matching
• Maintain procurement data, catalogs, and standard goods/services in internal systems
• Support contract review and small-volume sourcing activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, P2P operations, or supplier management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Procurement, Guided Buying, Jira, or IronClad
• Knowledge of procurement compliance and supplier lifecycle management
