Indirect Procurement Contract and SRM Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual coverage for Indirect Procurement expenses
• Centralize and maintain the Group contractual repository using Ivalua
• Monitor renewals, alerts, contractual risks, and compliance
• Coordinate with the Legal Department for document validation and consistency
• Define and implement supplier segmentation and onboarding processes
• Manage tail spend through analysis, rationalization, and consolidation
• Support the deployment of the Ivalua SRM module
• Manage local stakeholder relations and implement Group-negotiated contracts
• Define local category strategies and lead strategic sourcing processes (RFQ/RFP)
• Conduct market analysis and negotiate contracts to achieve annual savings targets
• Support P2P and Accounting teams in resolving incidents and disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• Procurement certification (CIPS, CDAF) is a plus
• Significant experience in contract management, SRM, or procurement operations
• Mastery of category management methodologies
• Strong market analysis and management skills
• Knowledge of Ivalua is a plus
• Experience in international environments or the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector is an asset
