Indirect Inventory Control Associate

Responsibilities

• Receive all inbound non-inventory shipments, ranging from small parcels to full truckloads
• Inspect and verify deliveries against Purchase Orders, Bills of Lading, and Order Confirmations
• Document and record all received goods within ERP and inventory management systems
• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts to ensure real-time stock accuracy
• Track usage trends, identify non-moving items, and maintain optimal stock levels
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams to improve SOPs and streamline workflows
• Maintain organized, compliant receiving areas and audit-ready records

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory management software (e.g., Netsuite, Highjump)
• Strong understanding of inbound operations, inventory control, and quality management
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
