About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, inspire, and motivate indirect channel distributors to achieve sales targets and business plans.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators including volume, proceeds, credit, and controllable costs.
  • Utilize sales force automation programs to maximize distributor productivity and track KPIs.
  • Implement and maintain a sustainable distributor network in compliance with Route to Market strategies.
  • Support network growth by understanding local and global trends in branded shop expansion.
  • Drive sales basics including coverage, penetration, and throughput within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business preferred).
  • 5–6 years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Proven experience in distributor or indirect channel management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and constructive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Telugu is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or knowledge within the lubricants business.
  • Demonstrated success in developing profitable business through channel partners.
