About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate indirect channel distributors to drive B2C sales growth and achieve business targets.
  • Lead Distributor Sales Reps to excel in sales basics including coverage, penetration, and throughput.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets using global indirect channel processes and tools.
  • Manage financial performance indicators such as volume, proceeds, credit, and controllable costs.
  • Utilize sales force automation programs to maximize distributor productivity and performance.
  • Implement and maintain a sustainable distributor network that complies with the Route to Market strategy.
  • Support network growth and maintain high operational and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Proven experience in distributor or indirect channel management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and constructive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Telugu.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the lubricants business.
  • Proven success in developing profitable business through channels and customers.
  • Ability to provide strategic consultation to distributors.
