About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate indirect channel distributors to drive B2C sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Lead Distributor Sales Reps to excel in sales basics including coverage, penetration, and throughput.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets using global indirect channel processes and tools.
- Manage financial performance indicators such as volume, proceeds, credit, and controllable costs.
- Utilize sales force automation programs to maximize distributor productivity and performance.
- Implement and maintain a sustainable distributor network that complies with the Route to Market strategy.
- Support network growth and maintain high operational and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 5–6 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Proven experience in distributor or indirect channel management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and constructive relationships.
- Proficiency in Telugu.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the lubricants business.
- Proven success in developing profitable business through channels and customers.
- Ability to provide strategic consultation to distributors.
