About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement for facility expansions, manufacturing buildouts, and capital equipment initiatives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection
- Negotiate construction contracts, MSAs, facility service agreements, and professional services agreements
- Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to support capital planning and project execution
- Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier accountability across capital and facility projects
- Monitor supplier performance and contractual obligations to ensure successful execution
- Support the development and scaling of procurement processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
- Strong experience negotiating construction contracts and capital equipment agreements
- Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing projects and supplier negotiations independently
- Working knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms
- Ability to lawfully access information subject to U.S. export controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting facility expansions, manufacturing buildouts, or capital projects
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, or high-growth technology environments
- Experience reviewing contractor proposals, budgets, schedules, and change orders
