Indirect Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for facility expansions, manufacturing buildouts, and capital equipment initiatives
• Manage end-to-end sourcing including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection
• Negotiate construction contracts, MSAs, facility service agreements, and professional services agreements
• Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to support capital planning and project execution
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier accountability across capital and facility projects
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual obligations to ensure successful execution
• Support the development and scaling of procurement processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Strong experience negotiating construction contracts and capital equipment agreements
• Demonstrated ability to manage sourcing projects and supplier negotiations independently
• Working knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to U.S. export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting facility expansions, manufacturing buildouts, or capital projects
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, or high-growth technology environments
• Experience reviewing contractor proposals, budgets, schedules, and change orders
