Indirect Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage the indirect procurement process for agencies and specific product families, including temporary staffing, training, recruitment, energy, and fleet management.
• Draft, negotiate, and optimize framework contracts to ensure technical and financial efficiency.
• Conduct market research and sourcing to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Manage contractual risks and provide support to internal clients and group companies.
• Oversee the full purchasing cycle, including project costing, supplier selection, offer analysis, order processing, and invoicing.
• Guarantee the financial and non-financial performance of the assigned portfolio through continuous contract improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Procurement or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in indirect purchasing.
• Proven experience managing specific categories: temporary staffing, training, recruitment, energy, and fleet management.
• Operational proficiency in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, pragmatism, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) procurement.
