Indirect Buyer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the buyer in managing an indirect procurement portfolio, primarily focusing on OPEX categories such as IT and Marketing.
• Optimize procurement activities in partnership with the buyer to drive cost reductions and performance improvements.
• Propose, negotiate, and monitor framework agreements while ensuring accurate reporting.
• Evaluate portfolio performance by deploying and monitoring specific indirect procurement KPIs.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with internal partners to anticipate sourcing needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships by conducting regular reviews to identify new opportunities and assess performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and group-wide initiatives in an international context.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree (Bachelor's, Master's, Business School, or Engineering).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong command of IT tools, including ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, rigor, and enthusiasm.
• Strong team spirit and the ability to integrate into a young, dynamic team.
