Independent US IPOs Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with deal sizes of USD 100mn or higher
• Develop a data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
• Produce pre-IPO company tearsheets, fundamental research, valuation insights, and pricing analysis
• Provide post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews
• Offer high-touch service to select institutional clients, including market intelligence, management meeting questions, and Excel models
• Provide direct desk access to clients via email, messaging, and calls

Requirements

• 5+ years of institutional research or investment experience
• Demonstrated experience and a strong network within US equity capital markets
• Proven ability to write high-quality investment research
