About the role
Responsibilities
- Chair Child Protection Conferences and statutory Child in Care reviews
- Ensure plans are child-centred, achievable, and compliant with statutory guidance
- Visit children to gather their views and promote restorative practice
- Challenge delays using the escalation process
- Monitor Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Personal Education Plans (PEPs), and Health Assessments
- Contribute to quality assurance and travel across Staffordshire to meet business needs
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Post-qualified experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
