About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a branch leader to drive marketing strategies and achieve business goals
- Analyze market movements, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
- Plan and expand agency networks in alignment with corporate policy
- Support and facilitate all requirements for business partners
- Provide training on business knowledge and claim policies to business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Agent, Motor, or Non-Motor insurance business
- Valid driving license and the ability to drive a car
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team to achieve targets
- Proactive mindset with strong networking and service-oriented skills
