Independence G3R Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of firm-level Independence concepts and EYG Independence policies
• Perform research, analysis, and updates to EY tools and databases to mitigate independence-related risk
• Interpret client company structures and entity relationships in accordance with policy
• Perform and review reconciliations and research drafted by Associate analysts
• Lead knowledge calibration sessions and mentor team members through on-the-job coaching
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to audit teams
• Suggest innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in research, analysis, compliance, audit support, or risk management
• Experience working with large structured and unstructured data sets
• Proven capability in reviewing deliverables and mentoring junior team members
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel (formulas, data analysis) and PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
