Incubation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure newly onboarded restaurant partners ramp successfully during a 4-6 week incubation period
• Verify setup accuracy including menu, pricing, operating hours, and device readiness
• Serve as first-line partner support for operational issues and technical troubleshooting
• Monitor daily performance KPIs such as cancellations, uptime, and prep times
• Drive early growth by launching promotions and recommending featured placements
• Maintain a tight operating cadence through daily KPI sweeps and weekly coaching touchpoints
• Escalate blockers cross-functionally to Sales, Integration, and Logistics teams
• Document partner progress and KPI trends in CRM/tracking tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, partner onboarding, vendor management, or account management
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or technology industries preferred
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and training abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
