Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods dispatch, including inspections, ledger maintenance, and preparation of Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Perform incoming raw material inspections and manage associated material data
• Upload and maintain accurate data within client-side systems
• Oversee on-site quality management within the warehouse to identify risks and drive process improvements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar quality control role
• Strong understanding of quality management requirements and inspection procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team
