Incoming Goods Inspector

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare incoming goods for inspection according to specifications
• Measure and test components based on inspection plans
• Release approved parts and manage the blocking/release process for assemblies and pumps
• Monitor and support sorting actions and inventory processes
• Perform measurement stability checks on measuring machines
• Document all measurement results accurately
• Assist in managing supplier complaints and processing measurement orders

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in quality assurance, ideally within the automotive sector
• Proficiency with tactile and optical measuring devices (e.g., 3D CMM, roundness testers, microscopes)
• Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office, SAP, and QSstat
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Fluency in German; English language skills are an advantage
• High level of precision, responsibility, and quality awareness
