Income Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual worldwide consolidated tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures in accordance with ASC 740
• Manage US and foreign tax compliance processes in collaboration with external providers
• Prepare federal, state, and international income tax analyses, including R&D credits, stock-based compensation, and fixed asset depreciation
• Manage the tax calendar for all income tax filing obligations
• Assist with tax planning projects, including modeling and forecasting tax impacts
• Drive tax process improvements, technological enhancements, and the evolution of the tax reporting function
• Research and memorialize tax technical issues and ensure proper documentation
• Work closely with third-party consultants to ensure all income tax requirements are met accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of tax compliance and accounting experience
• 4+ years of public accounting experience specifically in ASC 740 or equivalent in-house experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage a demanding workload and tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
