Income Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of daily night audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Distribute work to appropriate accounting staff
• Process miscellaneous waiting accounts in the computer system
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the Financial Controller
• Maintain filing systems for registration cards, credit cards, and restaurant charges
• Control restaurant guest checks and track banquet tickets
• Prepare period end closing reports and complete period end journals
• Reconcile garage and miscellaneous revenues
• Complete forecast accuracy reports for rooms, guests, and F&B outlets
• Assist the Cost Controller with month-end storeroom physical inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Income Auditor in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Experience in revenue auditing or accounting operations within luxury hospitality
• Familiarity with financial procedures and revenue controls in a 5-star setting
• Experience handling audits for Front Office, F&B, and Banquets
• Proficiency with Opera PMS, Micros POS, or similar hotel management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury service environment
