Income Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end audits of revenue streams across Front Office, F&B, and Nightlife/Events operations
• Ensure all revenues are accurately recorded, billed, and reported while identifying leakages
• Develop dynamic dashboards using Power BI for daily revenue tracking and exception reporting
• Design and implement automation workflows using Excel, Power Query, and other scripts to reduce manual tasks
• Leverage AI tools for anomaly detection, transaction analysis, and predictive revenue trends
• Partner with operational teams to conduct spot checks and improve revenue capture processes
• Manage and integrate data from PMS, Micros POS, SAP, and OTA platforms

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Income Audit or Revenue Audit within the hospitality industry
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and automation
• Hands-on experience with Micros POS and PMS systems
• Familiarity with SAP and OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia)
• Practical knowledge of using automation and AI tools for data analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and commercial awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience auditing nightlife, events, or high-volume party operations
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
