Income Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel revenue is balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day
• Perform periodic spot audits on rooms against housekeeping reports
• Reconcile taxes and service charges on revenue
• Split revenue in Opera as per agreed ratios for third parties or packages
• Prepare Food and Beverage and Daily Revenue reports
• Scrutinize rebates for reasonability and adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• Check all ledgers to ensure accurate posting of prior day transactions
• Run Opera Imbalance Reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Generate No Show reports to verify charges and billing
• Verify incentive sheets and upgrade reports from Front Office
• Check reservations against original bookings

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position at a 5-star resort
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Related license, certificate, or diploma supporting qualifications
