Income and Expense Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-liquidation of premium payments to enable cashier execution in the administrative system
• Manage the rehabilitation of policies that are outside the grace period upon business area request
• Handle the return of unearned premiums, pending balances, or incorrect/duplicate payments to ensure accounting reconciliation
• Generate SART references for premium payments
• Monitor checkbook controls to identify expense movements for corresponding payments and returns

Requirements

• Degree or student in an Economic-Administrative field
• Experience in customer service or service analysis
• Knowledge of accounting reconciliation and database management
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Background in administrative management, accounting, or statistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Cashier, Service Advisor, or Corporate Insurance Service Executive
• Familiarity with various systems for cash movements, policies, and value controls
