About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee network operations, including distribution lists, membership sign-ups, and MS Teams channel updates.
  • Support budget tracking and operational finance activities, such as invoice processing and applause points tracking.
  • Execute high-volume internal communications and social media announcements.
  • Maintain and update business resources, including SharePoint materials, reports, and guides.
  • Provide project management for Inclusiveness initiatives, including stakeholder updates and deliverable tracking.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to identify and communicate trends.
  • Support inclusive recruitment through content creation, newsletter management, and quarterly insight reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience working in HR Consulting, Shared Services Operations, or an Inclusiveness/culture-related portfolio.
  • Proven track record of project management in high-paced, multi-dimensional environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use Power BI for data storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-volume internal communications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a virtual team with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated interest in diversity, equity, and inclusiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within an onshore/offshore model and partnering with globally dispersed teams.
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Communications, or Business.
  • Experience applying AI tools to improve work efficiency and drafting.
