Inclusion Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and school standards
• Teach core subjects using differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance learning experiences and instruction
• Incorporate critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning strategies
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and prepare detailed progress reports
• Manage the classroom effectively to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior
• Build positive relationships with students and support their social-emotional well-being
• Adhere to all school policies regarding discipline, safeguarding, and student welfare

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education with degree attestation and equivalency obtained
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience working with students of determination and special educational needs
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools and educational technologies
• Effective classroom management and communication skills
• UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check (pre-requisite for appointment)
