Inclusion, Communication and Disability Intern

Responsibilities

• Implement the global inclusive culture roadmap and develop resources for international subsidiaries
• Coordinate and animate the network of inclusive culture ambassadors worldwide
• Produce diverse communication content including videos, interviews, articles, and social media posts to promote inclusion and disability awareness
• Support the disability roadmap in France by managing the network of disability referents and developing employee resources
• Organize internal and external events such as conferences, webinars, and employee testimonials
• Collaborate with HR and communication teams across various sites and subsidiaries

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in HR, Communication, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills with the ability to create engaging content
• Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to provide a valid internship agreement (convention de stage) from your school or university
• Highly organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
