Inclusion & Belonging Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead company-wide Inclusion and Belonging programmes to drive behavior change across a global matrixed organization
• Serve as an expert advocate and voice on DEI matters, providing guidance and support to colleagues
• Partner with Employee Resource Groups to ensure they mature and deliver impactful employee outcomes
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement
• Lead programme management for the Inclusion and Belonging portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Manage the delivery of the Self-ID programme to support diversity understanding within a complex regulatory environment
• Translate strategy into scalable programmes, practical tools, and clear outcomes in partnership with HR and business leaders

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in programme management with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Professional experience managing an Inclusion and Belonging portfolio, including a deep understanding of inclusion principles and best practices
• Proven ability to gather and interpret data from diverse sources to drive strategic decision-making
• Strong experience presenting complex information to senior leaders and various stakeholder audiences
