About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as escalation point for unresolved incidents
  • Monitor incident resolution across multiple service providers and SLA targets
  • Manage major incidents and escalate issues to the customer
  • Maintain ITSM processes, procedures, and platform integrations
  • Implement OLAs and support incident diagnosis, reporting, and tracking
  • Oversee request fulfilment, including coordination, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
  • Support self-service portal requests and workflow implementation
  • Identify and drive process and platform improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in incident management and major incident handling
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and request fulfilment
  • Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external providers
  • Familiarity with SLA, OLA, and service reporting
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Background check clearance
