About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as escalation point for unresolved incidents
- Monitor incident resolution across multiple service providers and SLA targets
- Manage major incidents and escalate issues to the customer
- Maintain ITSM processes, procedures, and platform integrations
- Implement OLAs and support incident diagnosis, reporting, and tracking
- Oversee request fulfilment, including coordination, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Support self-service portal requests and workflow implementation
- Identify and drive process and platform improvements
Requirements
- Experience in incident management and major incident handling
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and request fulfilment
- Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external providers
- Familiarity with SLA, OLA, and service reporting
- Process improvement mindset
- Background check clearance
