Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve connection incidents on the website and mobile application
- Use Dynatrace to search for errors in application logs
- Manage and track incidents using JIRA and EasyVista
- Apply Agile and SAFE principles to improve incident resolution processes
- Provide log analysis reports to identify trends and recurring issues
- Improve user experience by reducing incident resolution time
Requirements
- Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in incident analysis
- Proficiency with JIRA and EasyVista
- Deep understanding of Agile and SAFE methodologies
