Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve connection incidents on the website and mobile application
  • Use Dynatrace to search for errors in application logs
  • Manage and track incidents using JIRA and EasyVista
  • Apply Agile and SAFE principles to improve incident resolution processes
  • Provide log analysis reports to identify trends and recurring issues
  • Improve user experience by reducing incident resolution time

Requirements

  • Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in incident analysis
  • Proficiency with JIRA and EasyVista
  • Deep understanding of Agile and SAFE methodologies
