Incentives & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize commission, incentive, and financial control processes for the sales force to ensure operational accuracy and P&L alignment
• Guarantee timely and accurate calculation and payment of commissions for both blue and white-collar sales teams
• Design, improve, and optimize incentive structures aligned with commercial objectives
• Manage and track payroll budgets, incentives, and operating expenses (OVH / BMI)
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure governance and controls across P&L lines (people and non-people)
• Lead key operational processes including uniforms, travel expenses, and vendor management
• Act as a cross-functional point of contact between Sales, Finance, and Human Resources

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Compensation, or HR Analytics
• Proven experience managing commissions, incentives, or variable payroll
• Strong financial analysis and data management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling
• Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with a strong orientation toward data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex compensation schemes
• Experience working in high-volume sales environments such as retail or consumer goods
