Incentive (Associate) Manager, C&MO

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize incentive strategies using digital tools to ensure alignment with business goals and drive employee performance.
• Utilize predictive modeling and AI technology to analyze historical bonus data and evaluate the fairness and effectiveness of incentive plans.
• Build dynamic analysis models to identify potential risks and opportunities within incentive programs, providing actionable optimization recommendations.
• Drive the digital transformation of incentive systems from traditional calculations to intelligent, personalized performance matching.
• Develop and maintain real-time incentive performance dashboards by integrating multi-dimensional data such as sales target achievement and bonus estimates.
• Construct predictive bonus models based on historical data and market trends to provide personalized forecasts for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) experience within a top pharmaceutical MNC.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bonus-related work or 4+ years of SFE Business Partner (BP) experience.
• Proficiency in predictive analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong logical thinking, data insight, and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a management consulting firm.
• Proven experience in digital upgrading of incentive systems or BI tool application.
