About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming customer requests through shared inboxes and other communication channels
- Review customer requests to determine appropriate next steps and assign them to the correct estimator or department
- Maintain accurate records and update tracking systems
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and customer needs
- Communicate professionally with internal teams to support timely responses
- Assist with administrative and coordination activities to support the estimating team
- Support administrative related work with other administrators
Requirements
- Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn new processes and systems through training
