About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from international customers in US and UK shifts
- Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate support
- Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
- Close sales and achieve performance targets
- Process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound processes
- Proven ability to close calls and handle payments
- Ability to work US or UK shifts (Day/Night)
