About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from international customers in the US and UK
  • Provide technical support by diagnosing issues
  • Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
  • Close sales and achieve targets by processing payments through various gateways

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
  • Proven ability to close sales calls and handle payments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work US/UK shifts (Day/Night)
