Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers

Requirements

  • 8 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
  • Experience handling printer, router, and antivirus technical issues
  • Strong convincing and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
