Inbound Voice Tech Support

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from international customers in the US and UK
• Diagnose technical issues and provide support
• Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
• Close sales and process payments through various gateways

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle technical support and close sales calls
• Experience with payment gateway processing
