About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from international customers in the US and UK
- Diagnose technical issues and provide support
- Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
- Close sales and process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle technical support and close sales calls
- Experience with payment gateway processing
