Inbound Voice Tech Support

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from international customers in US/UK shifts
• Diagnose technical issues and provide support for computing and communications devices
• Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
• Close sales and achieve targets by processing payments through various gateways

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in international outbound tech processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle technical troubleshooting and sales closing
• Experience in taking payments via different gateways
