Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from international customers
- Provide technical support by diagnosing issues
- Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
- Close sales and achieve targets
- Process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound processes
- Experience in closing calls and taking payments
- Ability to work US (Night) or UK (Day) shifts
