Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK customers
- Handle technical queries related to computing and communications devices
- Deliver high-quality service within a BPO environment
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO or International Outbound processes (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
