Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US/UK processes
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes preferred
  • Ability to join immediately
