Inbound Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US and UK telecom processes
• Handle customer calls and resolve technical issues
• Process payments through various gateways to close calls
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
• Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
• Age between 18 to 30 years
