Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in BPO environments preferred
• At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound can be considered for this Inbound Tech Process
• Ability to join immediately
• Graduate or undergraduate degree
