Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound can be considered for this Inbound Tech Process
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
